Do you sell full lengths or custom cuts?
Both. Most customers order custom lengths to reduce waste, but full lengths are available where stock allows.
What is the minimum and maximum cut length?
Available cut ranges are product specific. You can see min and max lengths on each product page before checkout.
How is pricing calculated for cut materials?
Pricing is based on product price rules and your selected length/quantity. The final total is shown before payment.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation, subject to stock and cutting workload.
Can I change an order after payment?
If cutting has not started, we may be able to update your order. Contact support as soon as possible.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Yes. We currently support NZ and AU delivery zones, with shipping methods shown at checkout where available.
